Research and education
Content is general research and education. It is not personalised investment, financial, tax or legal advice, an offer or solicitation, or a recommendation tailored to your circumstances. TradeLean does not execute orders, hold client funds or manage portfolios. Read the Risk Disclaimer before using any market commentary.
Scenarios, prices and tools
Pivot-point roadmaps describe reference levels and conditional scenarios, not guaranteed outcomes. Historical examples refer to their stated periods and may use rounded prices. Illustrative datasets are identified where used. Calculators depend on your inputs; external charts depend on their providers. Verify the instrument, source, session, timeframe and date before relying on any output.
Availability and corrections
We aim to present research carefully, but content and tools may contain errors, become outdated or be interrupted. We do not promise continuous availability, live quotations or any particular investment result. Report an error through the Contact page so it can be reviewed.
Copyright and permitted use
Original TradeLean writing, diagrams, videos and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may link to articles and share their public links. Reproduction or redistribution beyond what applicable law permits requires permission. Third-party charts, trademarks and media remain the property of their respective owners; their presence does not imply endorsement.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, submit malicious content, impersonate another person or present TradeLean research as a guaranteed result. Do not use the forms for unsolicited advertising or provide personal information you are not entitled to share.
Newsletter and enquiries
Newsletter signup is voluntary and separate from sending an enquiry. Kit handles subscription confirmation, delivery and unsubscribe requests. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email. Contact-form submissions are processed through FormSubmit. Our Privacy Policy explains these services.
External platforms
YouTube, TradingView, X, Instagram and other linked platforms operate independently. Their availability, content, data, cookies and account conditions are governed by their own terms. A link or embed does not transfer responsibility for their services to TradeLean.
Payments and future services
The current website has no TradeLean checkout, paid membership purchase or trading account. These terms do not create a paid subscription. If a paid service is introduced, its price, billing, cancellation and access conditions must be shown before purchase.
Responsibility and your rights
You are responsible for your own decisions and for independently assessing the suitability and accuracy of information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TradeLean does not accept responsibility for losses arising from reliance on its general educational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
